Setup & launch options
- No working launch option exists. Forcing the anti-cheat to load under Proton is not recommended and can lead to account bans.

Quick presets
GameMode
gamemoderun %command%Feral GameMode: requests performance tuning while the game runs. Needs the gamemode package installed.
MangoHud overlay
mangohud %command%FPS and performance overlay. Needs MangoHud installed.
Write Proton log
PROTON_LOG=1 %command%Dumps a debug log to steam-<appid>.log in your home folder (or PROTON_LOG_DIR).
Launch options generator
Pick extras, then paste the result into Steam: right-click the game → Properties → Launch Options. Need more? Open the full builder.
BattlEye works under Proton only when the developer has enabled Linux support. There is no launch option to turn it on.
%command%%command% is replaced by the game's normal start command, so this adds nothing. Tick an option above to extend it.
